These minimalist number candles make perfect keepsakes for a birthday or anniversary!
These yellow beeswax candles are natural and free of dye. Instead of using dye, we use beeswax that has been colored by the different shades of pollen the bees collect.
The beeswax used to make these candles was extracted in a sustainable and cruelty free manner.
These beeswax blocks are made with 100% raw beeswax that I personally clean and strain at home from recycled honeycombs.
The honeycombs are extracted in a chemically free and non toxic manner, by an amazing company, from homes who have been targeted by wild bee swarms. I forage for them in specific locations, given to me by the company, near the California coast in nearby forest areas.
Once I have my honeycombs collected I recycle them by cleaning, melting, and rendering them down into molds.
I repeat the cleaning process once more until the beeswax is completely clean.
The bees are safely placed into new colonies with local beekeepers along the west coast.
My sister ordered this candle as a gift for my daughters birthday and I’m so happy with it! I checked out her website and I was also very happy to see how responsible Alexandra was in sourcing this beeswax sustainably!
i thought it was beautiful! and was perfect for our bee themed birthday cake!
An order was placed, & label was created promptly. However upon tracking the package, the maker did not send out package until almost 2 weeks later. Unresponsive when I reached out.
Because of Covid-19, once in USPS hands, I understand the delay once checked in by service. Being a small business owner myself, being punctual is what I offer as a standard.
I’m just not happy with the customer service of My Wild Muse. A candle ordered a month before my daughters 1st birthday was never received. Not that a candle makes or breaks the memories made. My attempt was to support a USA made product, small mom shop, and have an eco/low tox candle for a memorable occasion. I wonder had the maker sent out package at a timely manner, maybe it would have made it here at least the day of.
Still waiting to hear back from My Wild Muse ... Perhaps at least for a full refund on a product never received. Believe me I would have taken photos with product ...
